"The Kansas Supreme Court has dismissed Gov. Laura Kelly's lawsuit against Attorney General Kris Kobach in a legal battle between the two state officials over who has the authority to sue President Donald Trump's administration.
"Kelly had filed the petition quo warranto with the Kansas Supreme Court in November and it had been expedited by the justices, who issued their ruling on March 27."
