This community report might be a hidden gem, maybe a recipe for success or possibly just another best effort for a lost cause . . . Right now we wanted to share a glimpse at how Northeast is attempting to clean up without waiting a few weeks, months and years for the city hall help line to do something beyond documenting longstanding complaints.
