"A Kansas City Fire Department firefighter pleaded guilty to DWI in December 2024 after crashing his personal pickup truck into a house. He resigned from the department on November 17, 2024, and received a suspended sentence with two years of probation. This incident is part of several recent DWI incidents involving KCFD personnel, including a captain convicted of his fourth DWI."
