Kansas City South Side Suffers Constant Public Works FAIL

From one of our favorite local bloggers and apropos at the outset of pothole season . . . Here's a litany of complaints that offers an important perspective: 

"It doesn’t seem like Public Works is being run in the most economical and environmental way. Of course when a director is related to a council person, what can you expect? Hypothetically speaking, even if that council person were to be elected mayor, would anything change?"
