The feds have rejected this plan twice because it's stupid and pushed solely be downtown development scumbags . . . 

Meanwhile . . . 

The clown show continues and, hopefully, our East side council members can finally kill it with help from the Northland in order to save this town so much trouble and traffic nightmares . . .
