NEW KANSAS CITY "GREEN SPACE" THREATENS TO EXCLUDE MANY RESIDENTS!!!

Here's how it will happen . . . By way of "public/private" deals wherein locals pay for land that is "managed" by private groups. 

Translation: Public/Private partnerships provide an effective method to keep the homeless and all manner of ruffians out of new developments. And all of that would be FINE except that so many of these projects weren't financed by PUBLIC dollars.  

Better than trying to hash out the conspiracy . . . We'll let a downtown honcho explain the plan so that locals might get a better glimpse at the WORSENING COWTOWN CLASS-DIVIDE propagated by leaders inside the loop.
