Forgive us because this choice was obvious but it speaks to "the foundations" of this blog as far as TKC's jr. high lizard brain is concern. A run fact about this track: Warrant's 1990 hit "Cherry Pie" was written in just 15 minutes on a pizza box to satisfy label demands for a smash hit. Despite becoming their biggest anthem, frontman Jani Lane famously despised it, regretting that it overshadowed his more serious songwriting and forced him to become the "Cherry Pie guy"
