This move probably signals desperation as booze dispensaries are soon to suffer even more strict KCMO regulation and nanny-state meddling . . . Here's the counterproposal . . .
"A partnership agreement proposal that would hold store owners accountable for maintaining order inside and outside their stores and require them to hold neighboring businesses to the same standard. Store owners plan to bring the proposal to council Tuesday, when the committee takes up the ordinance at 10:30 a.m."
