Kansas City Council Dude Willett Blasts Off Congressional Bid

We've been hearing a lot about KCMO Council Dude Willett lately and that's probably not an accident. 

He was in the midst of surefire Missouri state senate campaign and seemingly entered the congressional fray by way of toilet blame shifting following a creeper accusation at KCI.  

And now . . . He's quickly targeting an opportunity after Congressman Graves opts out as he doesn't seem to like the very good chance of being in the minority party. 

Some might call it kismet, other might suspect a conspiracy . . . TKC is always skeptical of politicos and so, to borrow the vernacular of a 30-something goth babe on Insta who once sent me a nice note . . .

It all seems rather "thirsty" and cringe.  

That's not a criticism . . . We understand that this nation was founded by ambitious, tall, white dudes incapable of seeing a downside to their grand schemes and so we admire his chutzpah and think that he'll be a fine member of the Congressional millionaire's club.  

Of course . . . We share a less snarky report . . . 

"Kansas City, Missouri, Councilman Nathan Willett (1st District) has filed to run for Congress.

"Willett, who defeated Chris Gahagan in the 2023 election for the KCMO City Council 1st District seat, is running to serve as the 6th District U.S. representative, per the Missouri Secretary of State website."
