The top lawman in Kansas doesn't think much of a rigorous defense against toilet rules & ID checks . . . Take a look:
"The American Civil Liberties Union of Kansas filed a temporary injunction and is asking Kansas courts to block the law. Two transgender people filed the lawsuit claiming that the law violates the Kansas state constitution, but Kobach said there’s no serious constitutional issue."
