Jackson County LeVota Task Force Tackles Empty Stadium Crisis

Strangely, on this #TBT, we garner a glimpse at the future . . . And here's how it happens: 

Courthouse leaders help to spread the blame as NOBODY wants to get tagged with the inevitable decision: They're gonna have to demolish empty stadiums because the formerly EPIC facilities are too expensive to maintain without a major league tenant. 

Here's how the long road to bulldozers begins . . . 

"County Executive Phil Levota announced a new sports authority task force to determine the future of the Truman Sports Complex.

"The task force will begin work on April 15 with a 90-day window to examine business and entertainment opportunities for the complex.

"The group will include 10-15 people, including business owners, developers and community leaders. Levota said the task force will come at no cost to taxpayers."
