Here's a hint . . .
MOST POLITICOS ARE ONLY AS LOYAL AS THEIR NEXT ELECTION!!!
But TKC is a child of divorce and been dumped too often by big booty white women, so maybe we're skeptical.
And so we ask our conservative readers for their perspective . . .
WILL MISSOURI & KANSAS REPUBLICANS REMAIN TRUMP LOYAL DESPITE LIKELY RIGHT-WING CRITICISM AS IRAN WARN ESCALATES?!?
Consider . . .
In Missouri & Kansas the question of GOP loyalty is WAY MORE IMPORTANT than Democratic Party opposition given red state reality.
A few considerations we'd like to throw out there . . .
Congressman Mark Alford ran on the MAGA wave and he seems attached to the MAGA agenda.
Meanwhile . . .
Whilst Senator Hawley has expressed early support . . . There are persistent rumors that he wants to run for Prez. He's way better looking than J.D. Vance and has much better hair so that puts him ahead in the contest. So he'll likely be the first one to dump MAGA.
Most interesting of all . . .
Senator Roger Marshall has a tough choice . . . If presented with a credible challenger he's more vulnerable than any Republican in Kansas and the Dems have demonstrated a hope pull off a historic win in Kansas as population centers now lean blue . . . As this war plays out, it's worth watching where Senator Marshall stands because his record so far is based only on whole milk and a quality smile. That could be enough for loyal GOP voters if this conflict with Iran doesn't change the landscape too much. If not, let's not forget that even the 2016 MAGA wave didn't impress most Kansas Republicans who backed Senator Ted Cruz over then candidate Trump.
As for Senator Schmitt . . . He doesn't have a near-term challenge and he's kind of an empty suit but if he stops carrying water for MAGA . . . That will be a sure sign it's over for the Prez.
In the meantime, here's a newsworthy summary and more reporting . . .
"For President Donald Trump, some of the sharpest criticism he’s faced in the early days of the Iran war has come from once-loyal media figures far more accustomed to singing his praises.
"Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly and Matt Walsh are among those to express discontent. It’s been noticed in the White House, which has been playing defense on social media and in interviews.
"To be sure, these critics are the minority of the media MAGAsphere, where Fox News’ biggest stars remain cheerleaders. But their words illustrate conservative media’s influence and how valuable it is to Trump when all runs as a well-oiled machine — and, by contrast, how much of a problem it can be if it fractures."
