"The Jackson County Prosecutor said SUSPECT was charged in a superseding indictment for his role in damaging a street mural installed as part of the Waldo neighborhood community improvement project.

"SUSPECT is now facing additional charges of first-degree property damage and stunt driving for performing burnouts and donuts on the mural at the intersection of West 75th Street and Wornall Road."
