Amended Lawsuit Against Westport Alleges Kansas City Conspiracy

Charges of cowtown racism and racketeering targeting aspiring Black club owners have recently been updated to include 12th & Oak officials. 

To wit . . .

KANSAS CITY ACTIVISTS NOW SEEM READY TO TARGET CITY HALL AMID LEGAL ACTION CLAIMING RACISM & DISCRIMINATION IN WESTPORT!!!

Accordingly . . .  

The punchline here might be that taxpayers could ultimately end up paying embattled & aspiring club owners given the longtime losing record of city hall whilst Westport lawyers are pushing back with threats of defamation and "abuse of process" counter-suit chatter behind the scenes.  

To be certain . . . As the smoke clears following the demise of the embattled, sketchy and doomed Westport Ale House . . . 

From our vantage nothing about this beef has anything to do with civil rights and instead seems like a power play betwixt political bosses vs. bar biz barons. 

Translation: Most of the plebs, neither Black nor White won't even get as much as a free drink out of this . . .

Accordingly . . . 

Here's the social media update that's gaining traction this week . . .  

"The proposed amended complaint alleges that discovery evidence suggests coordination between individuals connected to the Westport Community Improvement District, property owners, and city officials to prevent Black entrepreneurs from securing leases in the district.

"The filing also alleges that after the lawsuit began, defendants attempted to create the appearance of racial inclusion by offering incentives to a prospective Black tenant."
