A nice idea but we're not certain if a university life without English Lit. is a good idea . . . Then again, speaking as an authority as one of the foremost experts on "Critical Theory" in our cowtown, the world without Comm Studies majors would be a better place indeed . . . Check-it:
A bill that would prohibit state funds from going towards “low-earning” university degrees was discussed in the Missouri Senate Education Committee on Tuesday.
The legislation would cut state funds for student financial aid and operational costs for students in programs where graduates do not earn more in their field than someone with only a high school diploma in that same field.
