Our parasocial friend Kyle proclaims that enthusiasm for the future of this town is neither hype nor speculation . . . And then he repeats the same 12th & Oak talking points about the benefits of the new airport and toy train without mentioning much about local crime or all of our pothole filled streets.
Still . . .
We can't blame him for trying to unload some upscale housing stock . . . And so we're sharing just because Sunday is when people with cash go looking for homes . . . Here's the word:
