There's gonna be a lawsuit before this thing is done and TKC doesn't want to miss watching any cartoons by having to testify in it . . .

We're simply going to pull this PUBLICLY POSTED nugget and gateway into ongoing courthouse beef regarding the upcoming assessments:

"I believe that public officials have to set examples in their own personal life that they would expect all of us to emulate. I have been hesitant to make this post about interim County Executive Phil LeVota and his numerous issues with his personal properties, but I just don’t think it should wait longer.

"My only reason why I have hesitated is because he was not in office when these assessments were done and I have absolutely no evidence that he did anything to influence the assessments he got. It might have been an entirely different story if he had been in office in 2025 when the assessments were done . . ."

After I emailed all this with the attachments, I followed up with a text to him. We talked in a phone calls for 45 minutes and traded emails as I sent a second draft and a third."
