More Deets On Downtown Kansas City Developer Tower Replacing Denny's

Caveat . . .

They've been trying this idea for about a decade and it either meets with opposition when it comes to tax breaks or complaints from other dowtown denizens about the gawdy scheme . . . 

Sadly, developer hacks and message board nerds are all too willing to start glazing anybody with a dumb rendering . . . Here's one more example . . .  

"The site, previously home to a Denny’s and the Quixotic night club, is perched on top of a hill on the Crossroad’s westside. In particular, just west of the Kauffman Center and immediately southeast of the 670/35 interchange. It’s a site that’s been eyed for development for years."
