Caveat . . .
They've been trying this idea for about a decade and it either meets with opposition when it comes to tax breaks or complaints from other dowtown denizens about the gawdy scheme . . .
Sadly, developer hacks and message board nerds are all too willing to start glazing anybody with a dumb rendering . . . Here's one more example . . .
