Jackson County Modifies Anti-Mask Legislation Against ICE

Aftermath of a community meet-up and the latest word from a courthouse leader . . .  

Legislative Chair Manny Abaraca says he modified the law enforcement face-covering ordinance to focus specifically on federal agents. 

“I think I have been open to the ability of modifying it to focus directly on ICE, specifically with our ordinance. But, I think some of us local officials are trying to do anything and everything we can to prevent Minnesota from happening here in Jackson County,” Abarca explained.
