Dog Kills Man In Meth Town

Warmer weather brings back this horrific local trend and yet another sign that municipal services are are failing across the metro . . . 

Here's what is likely the worst passage from a recent report . . . 

"Police said due to the aggressiveness of the dog and the severity of the wounds the victim was receiving from the dog, an officer shot the dog twice and killed it.  Officers attempted to save the man who had been attacked. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries."
