Deputies with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said they observed a box truck at the fuel pumps at Harps Food Stores in De Soto, Kansas.
“Upon arrival, deputies determined fuel was being siphoned from underground storage tanks,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
