"Kansas lawmakers were eager to eliminate discussion of the bill because anyone who considers it for more than a few moments can see how nonsensical it is for government to be focused on this. How can anyone run their daily errands, go to and from work, school, and family commitments, and fulfill their responsibilities, without being able to use the appropriate restroom if they need to in the middle of the day? As Kansans struggle to pay their bills and put food on the table, this isn’t the path we need to go down."
