It's a pretty typical claim . . . Only THIS TIME it involves a 15 ton vehicle . . . Check-it:

According to the suit, Kansas City Area Transportation Authority driver failed to signal before merging into her lane. Nearly colliding with her.
When she motioned for him to use his turn signal, THE BUS DRIVER allegedly stopped the bus, opened the door and became verbally aggressive.
The petition notes that she got out of her car to ask THE BUS DRIVER to use his signals. But as she began to get back inside, THE BUS DRIVER drove the bus forward and struck her.
