"Court records show that Kavin B. Moreno faces an intentional and premeditated murder charge in the death of Jason A. Rosado, 28, of Overland Park.

"The Gardner Police Department says emergency crews responded to a disturbance near Madison and Walter St. just after 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1."
