The focus on digital levies won't come close to making up for income tax and sales taxes will spike across Missouri . . . Still . . . Missouri politicos keep pushing another sketchy plan that doesn't have as much support as they'd like to imagine . . . Check-it: 

"The resolution, discussed in a House committee, is a proposed constitutional amendment that, if passed by voters, would allow the legislature to expand state and local sales and use taxes to eliminate the state income tax."
