"A panel of lawmakers discussed a plan to combine five proposed bills into one bill for consideration by the full House of Representatives. The combined bill would eliminate the requirement for safety inspections on most personal vehicles. Lawmakers could advance the bill next week. If approved by the committee, it would be sent to the full House for discussion and debate."
