Police Investigate Three Dead In Riverside

Weekend aftermath report from an otherwise peaceful enclave . . . Here are the basics: 

"Upon arrival, police knocked on the front door of the residence where the call originated. When officers didn’t get a response, they entered to check the well-being of the occupants.

"Upon reaching the second level of the home, officers located an 80-year-old man, a 77-year-old woman and their 55-year-old son. All three people were deceased due to apparent gunshot wounds.

"The Riverside Police Department is investigating this incident. No further information has been released."
