According to project representatives, water use will be limited through a closed cooling system, which they said will be a key component of Nebius’ first American site. An attorney with Rouse Frets White Goss, explained the system would require a one-time water fill with only annual refills moving forward . . .

Despite those assurances, some residents said they left the meeting with lingering concerns.
