Hunt Midwest confirms it bought the former Westwood View Elementary School property at 50th Street and Rainbow Boulevard. The property is adjacent to Joe D. Dennis Park.
The former school was demolished earlier this year to make room for five new luxury homes and villas in nearby buildings.
