"Four of the nine candidates have over $1 million in campaign funds, largely due to personal loans.
"Businessman Philip Sarnecki leads fundraising with over $2.5 million, including $2 million of his own money.
"Former Gov. Jeff Colyer and Secretary of State Scott Schwab have also loaned their campaigns over $1 million each."
