KCUR Newsies Prove They Don't Know How Bus Transit Works

Here's the not-so-consequential gripe from TKC . . .

What use is a guide of bus shelters when people who rely on the bus are on fixed routes to work or a nearby grocery store??? Is there anybody who really needs a tour of bus shelters?!?!

Sorry but this report seems like it comes from people who don't actually step aboard a local bus . . . 

Here are the basics so readers can decide for themselves . . .  

"Around 80% of bus stops across the metro do not have somewhere for riders to sit. Even fewer have a shelter. An interactive map from KCUR shows where to find amenities at each bus stop in the metro, and what the area transit agencies are doing to add more."
