"A regime change war for oil. 

"Simple as that given the President’s own recent steps, pardoning a narcotrafficker.

"Thousands of women and men from the Kansas City region serve our country in uniform. None should have to serve as world police in Venezuela with no US plans for administration or exit whatsoever."
