Kansas Pushes Mandatory Reporting For Clergy & Confession

This story has inspired mixed feelings amongst the faithful . . .

First & foremost . . . Nobody wants to defend creepers. 

Meanwhile . . . 

State regulation over the houses of worship can get dicey very fast. 

Don't worry . . . Faith community leaders and politicos haven't worked to answer any concerns because both groups and most partisan discourse demands nearly blind obedience from worshipers.

And so . . . We simply look at legislation to keep locals better informed . . .   

"House Bill 2352 adds ordained ministers to a list including social workers, doctors, emergency medical workers and others to the list of those required to report physical, mental or emotional abuse of children."
