Bad weather didn't stop local shooting . . . Here's the aftermath:
"Riverside police say at about 12:15 a.m. officers were called to a neighborhood just south of the intersection of I-635 and I-29 to a residence on NW Goodman Street. They found the person with a gunshot wound and began giving first aid before emergency responders took them to a hospital."
