Kansas City Hipsters Savor Vietnamese Cuisine Renaissance

Actually . . .

This trend could get interesting if it advances . . . 

For those familiar with the complicated legacy of French Indochina and its culture . . . There's ACTUALLY world-class Vietnamese "Haute cuisine" that's mostly unknown to most Midwestern plebs and it's one of the few fancy dining experiences that's worth the money. So far, we haven't heard of this kind of place making its way to our cowtown.
