Winter caution and public safety report amid freezing temperatures tonight . . . Here are the basics:
"Around 4:20 p.m., units were sent to a home near Sycamore Avenue on East 48th Terrace in Kansas City, Missouri on a reported house fire.
"Three people were inside the house at the time of the fire. KCFD confirmed that all three were able to get out under their own accord. However, one person was taken to the hospital with burns. The extent of those injuries is currently unknown."
