First-Degree Murder Charges Confront Suspected Kansas City Northland Gunman

The worst part of this tragedy is that neighbors had warned the dude was going to start trouble and as a beef escalated into a horrific spate of gunfire . . . Check-it:  

"A grand jury on Tuesday indicted Jeffrey King on charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Those are the same charges Clay County prosecutors had filed. 

"Police arrested King at the scene and recovered a handgun. According to charging documents, detectives later found eight shell casings near the victim and said the victim had 13 gunshot wounds."
