The low-key move to privatize the Plaza needs more work . . . Especially given that the district wants HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS worth of local tax breaks & funding.
Credit where it's due . . . A few social media shout outs and e-mail blasts from our "Bike/Walk" friends might have been influential in this decision . . .
