“How many more Americans must die at the hands of federal agents before Republicans in Congress will put an end to the administration’s reckless, lawless, and dangerous immigration agenda? It is beyond clear that the administration and DHS officials are completely out of control, sowing chaos in our communities and endangering our fellow citizens. It is past time for Congress to rein them in before more tragedies occur. And as the administration labels another citizen killed by federal agents as a 'terrorist' before any investigation can occur, it’s important that Congress and state officials conduct thorough and independent investigations to ensure accountability for this killing."
