The principal of Raytown South High School is on administrative leave due to a criminal investigation.
A complaint in Johnson County, Kansas says John Williams is a fugitive on a warrant out of Illinois.
According to court documents, on Nov. 29, Williams illegally left the state of Illinois in Monroe County, where he was charged with fraud theft by deception.
