Newspaper Starts 'KCFD Files' Targeting Rank & File

Here's our problem this tyrannical tactic disguised as journalism . . . 

Rather than criticizing leadership, rampant nepotism or union politics, the Kansas City Star is focused on the easily transcribed deets of rank & file workers. It's a strategy with absolutely no risk BUT it doesn't really change very real systemic problems with the department . . . The ploy only puts workers who are LITERALLY HEROES under additional scrutiny whilst bosses don't have to answer tougher questions.  

Here's one more example . . . 

"In a July 2023 arrest - just five months after a previous arrest - his minor children were riding with him and his speed was clocked at 87 mph."
