He shared his thoughts on the game and a frustrating season on his podcast, New Heights, along with his brother Jason Kelce.
“It’s been a tough f------ go around the last two days,” Kelce said after totaling just one reception for 8 yards in the loss. “You put in all this f------ work in hopes that it pays off, and right now -- for whatever f------ reason man, little things, discipline, I don’t know.
“I feel like I’ve always had the answers in years past and this year I just can’t find them.”
Sunday was the first game in Kelce’s career the legendary tight end had more drops (2) than catches, according to ESPN Stats & Info. One of the drops came late in the fourth quarter and resulted in an interception, the third of the night for quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
