Kansas City Westside Money Connection ALMOST Explained

Context before hype . . . 

The cash was awarded by former U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg during a local tour where did a great deal of posing with Mayor Q and an array of local dignitaries. 

Here's the aftermath that might or might not buy a few stop signs and stupid parking lot schemes . . .
