Actually . . . There are more than a few people excited about this project . . . Because anything is better than one of the most infamous "ho strolls" in Kansas City.

Arnold Development Group and officials from the City of Kansas City broke ground on what could be a very transformative project for the Historic Northeast. The plan, which has been in the works since February 2021, promises to build a new neighborhood anchor that appeals to a wide variety of people."
