Kansas City Lawsuit Charges Union Station With Security Lapse After Mass Shooting

The latest complaint against this town's "front porch" following a horrific spate of deadly gunfire. 

The basics in the aftermath of tragic gunfire . . .  

The suit claims that (several organizations) failed to provide adequate security at the Feb. 14, 2024, rally. A shooting at the event left one person dead and dozens injured. 

According to the complaint, she was among hundreds of thousands of fans to gather in front of Union Station around 2 p.m., when gunfire erupted.

As attendees ran for cover, her lawyers claimed he was knocked to the ground and trampled by the fleeing crowd.

As a result, the suit alleges that she suffered multiple fractures to her leg, torn ligaments and tendons in her knee and a dislocated foot. She also sustained spinal, cervical and head injuries that required multiple surgeries.
