"reStart Inc. said it bought a former Quality Inn on Main Street. The plan is to renovate the building and turn it into 44 apartments. The apartments will be used as transitional housing to help move people from shelters into permanent places to live.

"People who move into the building will also have access to case management services, behavioral health and support to find jobs and steady work.
