For close readers we wanted to share the latest receipt for the so-called Downtown renaissance that continues without much real opposition from any KCMO elected official . . .  

"The City Council unanimously approved incentives for a $484 million redevelopment on Grand Boulevard in Downtown that will add an apartment high-rise and convert a historic building into a hotel. The 800 Grand master plan, include a 1,600-seat theater, from Walnut Street."
