Jackson County Prosecutor Charges Teen After Glock Drum Parking Lot Gunfire

"Detectives report (SUSPECT) is associated with the 256/356 criminal street gang, has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of armed criminal action and second-degree assault.

"A probable cause document indicated that a business in the 5900 block of Manchester Trafficway reported to police that surveillance cameras captured footage of about 150 vehicles in and around its parking lot, then observed firearm muzzle flashes from two different guns.

 (SUSPECT) who is now 19 but was 18 at the time of the shots fired incident, was arrested on Aug. 20 at a QuikTrip in Grandview. Officers recovered a Glock handgun with a light and a 50-round drum magazine."
