Jackson County Exec LeVota Targeting Activist Justice Horn?!?

Rising star Kansas City metro activist wasn't invited back from another term on the Jackson County Plan Commission.

As elections approach and campaigning starts in earnest . . . Mr. Horn suspects political motives of the new administration are at play.

Accordingly . . .

We notice Justice Horn pushing back against the Exec with posts like this one . . .

"We don’t need more insiders being appointed to roles they aren’t prepared for. We need real change—we need qualified leadership. And we need to start electing people to positions—not appointing them."

Moreover . . . Of interest to voters . . .

Notice a public call out that now pits Justice Horn against Exec LeVota.

Here's the quote and video posted on social media that threatens to start a generational conflict at the courthouse . . . Check-it:

"I am not going anywhere: On a 9 member County Plan Commission with 1 vacancy currently, Interim County Executive Phil Levota chose to target me and another commissioner—a proud IBEW member—creating 3 vacancies now. We have always stood up for residents, not developers."
