It's understandable that taxpayers would have more than a bit of anxiety if they haven't received their bills yet.

Legislator Smith says he thinks bills have gone out a little later than normal because LeVota’s replaced former Democratic County Executive Frank White.
“It’s not preferred, and yet I don’t think we can lament the fact that with a whole new leadership team at the county, certain things were a little slower than necessary,” Smith said.
